Presento aquí la historia de mi familia. Es una de las tantas familias que, a consecuencia de las guerras del siglo XX, migraron a distintos confines de la tierra. Las generaciones de post-guerra perdieron contacto con muchos de sus familiares directos, aquellos con los que, en condiciones normales, se hubiesen reunido para celebrar cumpleaños y Navidad. Publicar el árbol genealógico de estas familias es, en mi caso, un desesperado intento por tomar contacto con primos y hasta hermanos residentes en cualquier lugar del planeta, tanto con parientes polacos como ingleses, para reanudar los afectos perdidos. La nacionalidad de entonces y la actual poco importan, cuando la raíz común de sangre, historia y tradiciones, supera idiomas y banderas.	I present here my family’s story. It is one of the many families that, as a consequence of the wars during XXth century, migrated to different uttermost parts of the Earth. The post-war generations lost contact with many of their direct relatives, those that, in normal conditions, would have gathered to celebrate birthdays and Christmas. To publish the genealogical tree of these families is, in my case, a seek in despair for getting in touch with, cousins, even siblings resident in any place of the planet, Polish relatives as well as English ones, and renovate the lost affections. The nationality they –we- had then or the current one matters little, when the shared roots in blood, history and traditions, overcome the barriers of language and flags.

Las generaciones de post-guerra perdieron contacto con muchos de sus familiares directos, aquellos con los que, en condiciones normales, se hubiesen reunido para celebrar cumpleaños y Navidad.
